| Should
you experience a conflict in any of the areas listed below,
I can make the arrangements for a Mediation, a "safe meeting,"
with you and the other party(s). In this setting, you will
be able to openly express yourself; discuss options for how
you can resolve the issue(s); and, more likely than not, walk
away with a mutually agreed-upon, signed agreement. The parties,
not the Mediator, determine the resolution. |

COMMUNITY
MEDIATION
Community
Mediation is what initially motivated the need for mediation.
The list is endless as to what brings people to this process.
Except for child/elder abuse and domestic violence, almost everything
can be mediated.
If
not addressed in a timely manner, all of the conflicts listed
below could escalate into violence or a law suit. It is important
to note that people have power when they use Mediation to resolve
conflict, yet once they enter the court room, they lose that
power. Someone else can determine the resolution, not the parties
themselves.
Employer/Employee
- Examples:
Wrongful termination; behavioral issues of an employee; employer
or employee complaints about the other; or any conflict existing
within the workplace
Consumer/Merchant
- Examples:
Product/Services issues; consumer behavior; theft
Landlord/Tenant
- Examples:
Lease/Rent issues; Causes for eviction; Unkept lease agreements
Neighbors
- Examples:
Animals; loud noises; vehicle parking; property lines; theft
Friends/Family
Members
- Examples:
Gift issues; broken promises; vehicles
